Supplier Options - if Supplier Links have been added to the components, the linked supplier data can be included.Excel Options - allows you to use a template for exporting.

BILL OF MATERIAL SOLIDWORKS UPDATE
The only problem has been that sometimes the BOM doesn't update (when no manual changes are made) and the only workaround at this time is to to delete it. IF you have saved it as a template, that's why it is suggested that you delete it and re-add it. ALso if you have cutomized it to have specific properties I would hope you have saved it off as a Template? If you have customized does that mean you entered the BOM manually and updated it with your information? If so that's why it will not update.
